0.5M Universal Gearbox

Universal Gearbox

This gearbox is designed for standard 130 size motors and low cost 0.5M 10/30 tooth double spur idler gears like these:

Input and output gears are 0.5M 8T motor gears.

All shafts have a diameter of 2mm.

M3 bolts form the bracing at each corner. Tighten nuts to adjust for gears as needed.

The output shaft can be replaced with a 0.5M rack to form a linear actuator.
