The body and flame colouration of Super Charizard Y remain identical to its base form, save for the cream-coloured section extending from its lower jaw. Its silhouette has become more streamlined, featuring sharp horns, an elongated tail, and significantly larger wings. A third horn has sprouted from the centre of its skull, surpassing the length of its original pair. Its neck and mouth have shortened, while its limbs, tail, and wings have lengthened. Small wings have emerged from its wrists; the edges of its back wings have become more irregular; three small spikes have grown at the tip of its tail, alongside a long spike on its back. Furthermore, the flames at the tail end of Super Charizard Y burn with greater intensity.
