007 Cufflinks

Cufflinks with "007", used for a fancy dress event (Secret Cinema's Casino Royale which was amazing, to be precise). I already had the blank cufflink designed tuned the slicer settings, it was designed and printed just a few hours before the event.

For strength, I advise to print on its side. This ensures that the post (that's the middle bar) has enough surface area for layer adhesion, and that the attachment to the face (with the 007) is spread over as many layers as possible. I did try printing the cufflinks in other orientations, but found this those weak and breaking where the face connects to the post.

This does require supports, and more neat results probably need clean up, e.g. sanding and varnish. The picture shows one worn quick and dirty without any post processing - I don't have a better picture because I gave the cufflinks away at the end.
