Scale drop deck trailer. This is roughly an eighteen-foot scale drop-and-load style trailer. The deck can be made from a single sheet of whatever material you want. I recommend that you use a sheet of G10, ABS, or aluminum. It's pretty cheap and you can cut it with a lot of stuff. Sheet size maximum width is 200mm (shown) and deck length should be around 560mm (560 shown) can be a little longer or shorter (1/16" thick or 2mm) (starting sheet can be 12" x 24"). Deck SHOULD BE one piece it is attached with four countersunk screws. The trailer can be equipped with six 5mm LEDs. To make this trailer function you need two actuonix 20mm linear actuators and sub 60mm eye-to-eye shocks/coil-overs. I recommend that you use shocks for the 1/14 Tamiya semi. Use 64mm diameter tires max (touring car tires & wheels). You will need eight 5x11x4 bearings for the axle stubs. Axle stubs are MST AKM front stubs. Use all M3 countersunk screws, and any M3 ball end and ball you want for the hitch.
