1/4-20 Hex Bolt Check

Calibration print for inserting a home depot 1/4-2 hex bolt. I will probably use this to make a thumbscrew. Since every printer (and filament) is potentially different, I'm going to use this to determine the offset size I need to get the right insertion. Once I get that, I can create a thumbscrew.

Since tinkercad isn't so hot at precise hexagon sizing, I used this calculator

d2 is the width (flat to flat distance)
d is the length (point to point distance)
If you want one, you can calculate the other for a precise proportion. Mouse dragging sucks for this.
