I modelled this handle on the driver supplied with Makerbeam kits. That driver feels good in the hand but, unfortunately, doesn't have interchangeable bits. I really like it so designed my own version. I added some ridges in place of the rubberised region of the original because my printer doesn't support multi-material printing.

To fit your choice of bit holder, grab the biggest rubber mallet (or similar non-metal hitting device) you can find, place the bit holder against a solid, flat surface, line it up with the handle and keep hitting it until it's in the right position. It's a tight fit by design but as long as you've used a good quality plastic and your printer is reasonably well calibrated, it should be fine.

To fit the rotating cap, you'll need a small bearing (10x5x5 mm), a narrow washer (I used an M5x1x1mm stainless washer as supplied with OpenBuilds Mini V Wheels) and an M5 countersunk machine screw at least 25mm long. Use these to secure the bearing to the end
