1/4" Propane Quick Connect Cap

Ah, the end of camping season in Canada—a time to reflect on all the little tasks I should have done but didn't. One that kept haunting my backcountry dreams was creating a cap for my BBQ quick connect fitting.

Despite the fitting being 1/4", the land of the metric system demands a 14 mm base size. Makes you appreciate the simplicity of the metric system! This clever cap embraces a friction fit, perfectly sliding over the 14 mm base and staying put like an old friend.

I've gone with PLA+ for my printing needs, still awaiting a truce with ABS and ASA filament. Perhaps one day, I'll forge peace with those temperamental filaments.

Thoughtfully added is a tie-off point, allowing you to secure the cap to the propane hose—no more playing hide and seek after you're done grilling.
