1/4 scale R2D2 Dome

Astromech (R2) dome. I tried to make everything as pieces in openscad, so I could individually turn parts on or off, to be able to do dual extrusion prints. I also wanted it all mathematically defined, so I could scale it up or down. This is built at 1/4 scale for now.

Added dome bumps, fixed a number of CSR dimensions, over the 300mm sizes. Added the insets for the logic displays. General improvements to print better at this scale.
