1.9 rc crawler foam

This model is still a work in progress!!

designed specifically for the 1.9 proline hyrax.

I printed with no bottom or top layers, and 3 walls, you can definitely mess with the walls, i prefer a stiffer "foam" but a lower wall count will aid in the tire flex.

also did 5% infill with gyroid, but plan on messing around with different infill patterns. You can also play with layer width, I am currently testing .35 out of a .4mm nozzle.
