Customized version of my 20mm hollow calibration cube: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:271736, but has outer dimensions of one inch, (25.4mm) for those who prefer SAE.
*Slic3r seems to think that the .scad generated cube is solid, and so tries to print it solid, so until I can find a better fix, I just printed it with 0% infill, with 2 perimeters (shells).*
