10” Rack - 1U - Laptop Mount

This 3D printed 1U panel is designed for 10-inch racks and made to fit one specific ASUS K45VM laptop model (with the laptop stripped down to its internal components). It allows the reuse of laptop hardware such as the motherboard, cooling system, and I/O as a compact rack-mounted system for home labs and DIY server setups. The panel occupies a standard 1U (44.45 mm) space and provides a stable mounting solution for this exact laptop model only (K45VM). All port positions, mounting holes, and clearances are tailored to that hardware layout. Because of this, it will not directly fit other laptops.Side ventilation openings are included to help with airflow, and mounting holes on the bottom allow the internal components to be securely fixed in place.
