100 to 1 Cycloidal Reducer

This is a 100 to 1 speed reducer based on two cycloid drive stages. Each stage has a ten to one ratio. The intermediate stage orbits. The input and output shafts are coaxial.

This design has clearances and fits that may be too loose or tight depending on your printer. Sandpaper or adhesive may be necessary. Eight #4-40 x 3/8 or 3mm x 10mm sheet metal screws are required for assembly.
