E3D Volcano Z-Probe Mount

I threw this together because i found my options limited when it comes to a z-probe on the V6-Volcano.

It's designed to be a perfect match to the volcano and sturdily constructed. It's also designed to mount the switch on the inside, so you can keep the trigger spot as close to the actual print head as possible. The square hole in the top is for routing the switch wires through, and i'll probably zip tie them in place. The 8 holes below are for mounting a switch with or without a trigger a
