Variable Width for Yet Another Printable Spool

I really like [Yet Another Printable Spool](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7980), but I wanted one a bit narrower. The original is 76mm wide. I have some 1lb rolls of filament that came with no spools, but didn't want large spools for them. 40mm is more like what I wanted. So I made a few changes to the OpenSCAD file, to make it variable between 35mm and 100mm.
