Raspberry Pi case (top) for Adafruit LCD Pi Plate

This is a top case created to cover the Adafruit Pi Plate LCD, it's compatible with the bottom case from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30572 (as seen in white PLA in the photos)

Only the left/right and select buttons are exposed, up and down buttons are not accessible.
The case has ears on the corner to attempt to prevent warping.
