E3D mount for FolgerTech 2020 (version 2)

A simple mount for an E3D hot end on a Folger 2020, using the original extruder.

This is a modified version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:990300. It is a bit thicker and holds the top end of the E3D a bit more tightly.
