Linear bush case

Just a simple case for the cheap linear bushing HY12UU. (For ongoing project: http://hci.rwth-aachen.de/meisterklasse)

There are four 4.2mm holes in the case.

I use to put four M4x40 screws into it in order to attach it to a 5mm woodplate.
