MX 2000 Tripod Head Mount - base

My cheap & free tripod head stripped out of the base, so I figured out how to make a new one.

This was my first design, and I'd do a few things differently if I was going to print it again:
* Make the bolt hole a half of millimeter wider.
* Make the hole for the cap a half of millimeter wider.
