10MM Bear Z-Axis mod

Upgraded my bear mod to use 10MM Z rods, Still a work in progress. Also included a lead screw support if you need to use couplings. You'll need 2x flanged 688zz bearings for the Z toppers and the rod support i used 608zz bearings.
