E3D Dual Color

Allow one nozzle to print with 2 colors.
This is still a work in progress, but for the moment, the print can be attached to E3D V5 (at least) and allow to insert 2 filament drive by 2 steppers.
The ideea is to connect the hotend thermisotrs to the RAMPS for head 1 and head 2 to mimic 2 hotends with correct temperatures.
When the color is changed the actual color will need to be retracted 60mm (for the actual build), and the second color will be inserted with 65mm.
