MightyOhm Geiger Counter Case

I picked up a [MightyOhm Geiger Counter Kit](https://www.adafruit.com/products/483) from [AdaFruit.com](adafruit.com) just for the heck of it. It's a fun and cute little project. Unfortunately it comes as just a board and parts, with no case. So I designed and printed one for it.
