Prusa I3 (Wades extruder) Dial Gauge Holder

I made this to fit quickly on my wades type extruder (thing 80884). This allowed my to easily check the bed leveling by just sliding the gauge into the existing holes used to mount the extruder to the X carriage. The spacing I used was 24mm on the mounting holes so you can only use this with that hole configuration (I think the other is 30mm).
