Enjoy a lovely evening decorating a gingerbread train with friends and/or family!
Cream butter, molasses, and sugars. Beat in eggs. Mix dry ingredients and slowly add to butter mixture. Blend well, but only as much as needed. Roll dough to approximately 1/4". Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned.
Be careful when applying the melted sugar to your pieces to glue them together. That sugar is hot and doesn't easily wipe off without more burns.
