This is a 12 slot cable rack with mounting holes.
Rotate X 90 deg before printing, with the rack's longest dimension sitting flush on your print bed.
The design is heavily inspired from existing systems, but I beefed up the "finger" thickness to prevent undesirable flexing/breaking with heavier cabling.
I printed this in PLA on my Prusa i3 mk3 w/15% infill and it came out great.
