This is remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4932480. The bare case has been modified to have deeper holes for longer screws. I modified the L6-30 cover to accommodate a 120v receptacle.
Parts used:
Drok Meter - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YC1XHKQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Power Cord - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BQU576?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
120 Receptacle - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UPGKZY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
I cut the female end off the linked power cord. Had to use a Dremel to trim down the tabs on the 120v receptacle as shown to fit in the cover. As far as hardware I took the cover to the hardware store to find the right size machine screws.
