Replicator / 3D Printer Test Pattern Generator Program

This program generates a test Gcode program to be run on your 3D
printer.The test pattern will try a range of test parameters across the X-Axis and a different range of test parameters across the Y-Axis.
For example, you can test different feedrates and different layer
heights in a single test.
All the other static operating parameters are set and don't change
for the duration of the test.
