Hexagonal Lighthouse - Balcony fix and optics for small scale print

Balcony didn't have a recess for mounting on the body of the lighthouse so I added one.

Base had errors - fixed.

Had to print this model out at a smaller scale (0.5) as I have a small printer. The optics didn't print well with my printer at that scale so I simplified it to 2 files, an optics base and a lens.

Note that that there is no hole in the optics base for mounting a light.
