Thin Nested Boxes (with Lids)

The OpenSCAD file `Thin Nested Box.scad` allows you to generate a box and lid to your specifications. I've pre-grenerated sizes 12mm through 40mm which should all nest within each other. The other OpenSCAD file, `Thin Nested Boxes.scad` will generate a range of boxes and lids for you.

This is also a good test of your printer's precision. You can alter the `lidSpacing` parameter - defaulted to .25mm - to get a tighter or looser fitting lid, and alter the `boxSpacing` parameter to get the boxes
