Use support structure to baseplate and a brim. Layerheight and printspeed as low as you like it to achieve the best results.
I used layerheight 0.2, 50mm/s speed and 20% fill density, which took about 8 hours on my Ultimaker 2. Decreasing the layerheight to like 0.1 or even 0.06 would make the result a lot smoother but doubles the printtime.
