Screw cap for UP Printer heating plate screws (Remix)

Thing #4113 is still fiddly to undo, so I decided to make it easier to use.
This thing is larger and has improved geometry to grip on with the fingers.
This version takes same screws as per thing #4133.
Assembly with the screw is the same as per original: epoxy + vice.
If you want more bullet proof version have a look at thing #124869.

Hope I just made world a little bit better :-)
