MakerGeek Hot-end Adapter

I needed an adapter to connect the MakerGeek hot-end to my x-carrier plate. Will put up pictures of the plate as well to give you an idea of why i decided to make this adapter.

I have also added a shortened version to allow the adapter to work with the J-Head V6 hotened.
