Dual Extruder Leveler

This is simply a modification of einer_designs' leveler.
My printer needed an extra 1/8" spacer to level off the nozzles (extruder on top prevents it from going up much further) which I solved using 2 washers on each side.
However since my nozzle kept jamming, I had to keep releveling and the washers were a pain so I modded the leveler and added the 1/8" to each side. Also while I was at it, I added in text to let me know what it is (since clutter seems to happen more often than not).
