Thicker Ciclop Back Cover

I found it impossible to print the original back panel of the BQ Ciclop back cover as it's curved and very thin. Even with supports it failed in places and was very fragile elsewhere. So I took the original step files into Solidworks and made it 2mm thick. I printed again with the same settings (with raft and supports) and it came out perfectly.
