I needed a way to mount 12mm WS2811 pixels into 50mm x 50mm trunking. I'd previously drilled 8mm holes and use hot glue to fix the pixels in place but over time they would work loose and the glue would just come away.
Taking the old panel mount LED design, I've made this which allows you to lock in place a 12mm WS2811 Pixel in a 16mm hold drilled through the top of the PVC trunking.
This version assuming the trunking has a 3mm thick top and clips in nicely.
Printed without supports at Dynamic resolution 0.1mm using black PLA.
The LED's push in then twist to lock in place.
