V9 JGR Extruder

This is my direct drive extruder "V9 JGR Extruder"

i'm not sure a 1.75mm direct drive extruder can get any smaller

theres a few changes from the last version:

- hotend mount is now a very rigid clamping mechanism compared to the popular double screw system,
- the whole thing is now shorter in z height
- filament path is also shorter
- motor sits closer to carriage
- body is thinner overall
- a lot less plastic to print
- still uses the same artline pen spring idler for simp
