Ultimaker side extruder bracket

This is a bracket to attach your extruder on the side of the ultimaker instead of the back.
You will still be able to attach it behind as it was before.
It is also a bit flexible, greatly reducing the extruder noise
You will need to drill 2 small holes in the plywood.
The back plate is a bit overkill but it helps holding the nuts while you assemble.
