MakerBeam 8mm Shaft Clamp

OpenSCAD shaft clamp for 8mm shafts. Both stl and .scad files included - I'm going to tweak the .scad file a bit more then set it up for Customizer, as the file can mostly handle various sizes of aluminum extrusion, shafts, shaft offsets, etc.

It's currently 11mm from extrusion to shaft center to match the offset of the SCS8UU linear bearing blocks.
