I made this backplate to fit a 80mm fan (Noctua NF-R8) most to reduce the noise. I also change the PSU fan to a more silent fan (Spire 60mm).
I had to use a sharp knife fo cut the left side of the powerswitch so that was alinged with the edge of the backplate.
You also have to drill new hole to fasten the PSU. At least 40 mm from the original hole.
Cut off a few mm of the left and top wing"nut", either the fan will not come in place.
