Tripod QR Cam Clamp

This is a camera mount quick release system for small inexpensive tripods that lack this functionality. Also compatible with quick release plates for the MeFoto Backpacker and Roadtrip tripods. NOTE: see entire pictures by viewing full screen.

This little gizmacchi utilizes an eccentric cam (actually a logarithmic spiral) to clamp the mounting plate securely.

I plan to use it to mount my cameras interchangeably between my big tripod and my Gorillapod.
