Birdstruder for Mk5/6/6+ Hot End

This is TommyC's Birdstruder modified to use replace a Mk5/6/6+ extruder drive. Only the extruder block has been modified for the Makerbot mounting configuration. I've included an STL for the full set and for just the modified drive block.
