Striker Eureka toy shoulder joint repair

We have the NECA toy of the Striker Eureka robot ("Jaeger") from the movie "Pacific Rim". Unfortunately, in the process of some active play, the shoulder joint got broken. I tried gluing it back together, but it is a joint that is subject to some stress, so it was best to try to recreate the part.

The repair involves two components: a loop and pin that plugs into the body, and pin that locks the arm onto the loop. Remove the broken pieces (the existing shoulder loop may need to be drilled out
