printrbot simple 1405 E3d lite6 mount

A fan mount that I made to go with the E3D Lite6 hotend for the printrbot simple 1405. I have also added the custom mount I use for mounting the E3D Lite Hotend, it could be improved upon.

update: added thicker fan shroud.
