band bracelet customizer openscad parametric stretchy vase

Modified version of Walter's awesome Stretchy Band script to produce solid shapes.
Works well with spiral vase option ( or zero infill ).

It can create bands ( 0 bottom layers ) or vases ( 1+ bottom layers ).
I also added a twist parameter to play around with.
