Harbor Freight 14 in Bandsaw Insert with Adjustable Guide Blocks and many other 14 in Bandsaws
I Saw a similar Insert and decided to Design one for my Bandsaw to help keep Blade from wondering.
Just Install the Insert, Then Adjust Blocks to rub against Blade and tighten blocks down.
I made the Guide blocks out of TPU but Nylon & or a Carbon Filament may work better and be more durable.
