MS 720HD WebCam toVixen wide angle lens tube adapter

A round tube of varying inside diameters to adapt a round MS 720HD webcam to fit an el cheapo Vixen wide angle lens (52mm objective, i think). Nothing fancy. Figured someone else might want to do the same thing.
