140mm blower V3,(simplified)

I needed something that would take a little less time then my other blower fans, and something a little smaller, so I remade it completely. Like V2 and V1, these are ment to dry wet areas, but also be used as a desk fan, or basically anything you want it for. The fan and controller that I linked work great, and I have no complains Please message me if something is wrong, I will fix it within a day or two. You can use this with any 140mm fan, but I would suggest the one linked due to its high airflow.
