Customizable print-in-place hinge for wire rack

I really wanted to add a cardboard panel to go over one layer of my Wire rack in a effort to help with the noise pollution from my row of printers.
Solution Clip two of these to the wire rack and zip tie a piece of cardboard to it. and glue a magnet to the bottom of the cardboard so it holds tight to the shelf below it.
