Prusa i3 Dial Indicator Mount

Reworked from scratch but based on RLeten's mount. This mount fits a Craftex dial indicator with a 6.5mm tab, is setup for X carriage rods that are 45mm center-to-center (Geeetech i3 Pro C with all-metal carriage) If your printer prints tight inside diameters you may need to increase the diameter of the carriage mounts to compensate.
