Kolbi´s Airtripper BSP & PTFE PLA Edition

I tried several extruders, and even built my own, but the Airtripper is still my favorite: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:126778

The only weakness is its weakness, the walls are slightly too thin. When printing with high speeds (150mm/s), the extruder bends, which makes much more bending problems like a 1m long bowden tube. PLA is much stiffer then ABS, so i printed the extruder with PLA, but the filament sticked in the extruder because PLA gets so fast hot from friction. The simple solutio
