This one was done with 3 color changes. But honestly it would be very easy to paint/draw on a full white print.

with a .4mm base, and .2mm layer height
Layers 1-29 -> Clear Petg
Layers 30 - 32 -> Red Petg
Layers 33 and 34 -> Black Petg
